The real thermospas went out of buisness there a Mexico made spa now owned by whirlpool. The sales tactics at of a car sales man.

They hit me with a 12,347.00 price for a3 person spa. Then told me if I would write a letter about how much I love there spa. They would knock off a lot of money. This goes in there book to show there future customer.

FAKE REVIEW BOOK. They lowered the price to 9000.00 then to 6700.00 I saved ge emails to prove it m.m.l.

Multi marketing level company.

Rip off rip off. Nashville tn

I don't know what is worse, your grammar or your facts. ThermoSpas is very much in business.

They were acquired a few years back, but they are not owned by Whirlpool. Scaling back the number of jets, etc. will lower your cost. They start with a basic price, you tell them them it is too expensive so they go from 20 jets to 12 to 6.

That is much different from a price drop as you make it appear.

You pay less, for less. And clearly you don't know what a MML is, because they didn't try to sign you up to sell hot tubs, did they?

This person obviously works for therma spas. If You notice, they did not comment about the fake review book.

I still have my paper work if any one would like to see it I would be more than happy to email it to them. It is on a yellow note book paper with the sales mans card attached to it. It says five hundred dollar discount if you write a positive review about how much you love your new hot tub. This person is so ignorant.

He most of been my salesmen or how would he know about the sale. This is exactly what took place. The sales offered me a hot tub. He said all hot tubs were made to order.

He then let me know it was 12,000.00 and some change. I told him it was way over priced. Then he got on the phone with his ( sales manager) and wouldn't you know it they had one in stock that was ordered and the customer backed out of the deal. He offered it to me for around 7,500.00.

I knew something was not right. He saw I lived in a very expensive house and was coming at the mouth to close the deal. Then I talked with a man named Rodney from the company. He offed me the hot tub for around 5,800.

Letting me know that if I call direct and order it from the sales department he could sale me the same unit for a lot less. Mainly because of cutting out the salesmanship commission. When I realized he did the bait and switch I told him to get lost. I red hundreds of bad reviews.

They can't all be wrong. But if you notice there reviews are all so nice and pleasant.

This company is a something else.i have talked with many companies who said jacuzzi acquired them because they were about bankrupt and they had several years of bad tubs. They did tell me they are now making a better tub. But they still are salesman's trying to make a commission.

Again 12,000.00 for a 3 sweater tub. They are crazy.
